In 2020, during a period marked by national unrest and reflection, 19 Black families united around a single vision: to build a safe, self-sustaining community where their families could live, grow, and thrive—free from fear and systemic economic exclusion.

They pooled their money and purchased 97 acres of land near Toomsboro, Georgia.What started as a dream became a movement—proof that ordinary people can do extraordinary things when they act collectively.
